Customer Reviews
Always reliable towels
Another great order from Onsen. I've bought their Supima Waffle Bath Towels a few times now, and the quality is always consistent. This last set was just as good as my first from a couple of years ago. Shipping was quick too.
Love my new robe!
Oh my goodness, I am absolutely in love with my new Supima Waffle Bath Robe! It's so comfy and lightweight, not bulky like other robes. I practically live in it now after my showers. The waffle texture feels amazing. I'm already planning to get another one as a gift for my sister. You won't regret this purchase!
Good towels, delivery took a while
I ordered the Shower Bundle and the towels themselves, especially the Supima Waffle Bath Sheet, are really nice – very absorbent and they do dry fast. The website was easy to navigate. My only minor gripe was that shipping took almost 8 days to reach me in Florida, which felt a bit long. Customer service was polite when I inquired, so that was good.
New favorite bath sheet
So I finally caved and bought one of those Supima Waffle Bath Sheets. I kept hearing about them. And yeah, it's pretty great! It's super light but dries you off so quick. Way better than my old thick towel. Definitely happy with it.
Complete Set purchase experience
I recently purchased the Complete Set, which included Bath Sheets, Bath Towels, Hand Towels, and Washcloths. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I received an order confirmation almost immediately. Shipping took about 6 business days from order placement to delivery in California. Everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The towels themselves are noticeably high quality; they feel soft but have a unique texture that works really well for drying. They dry quickly on the rack, which I appreciate since my previous towels would stay damp for ages. No issues with shrinkage after the first wash following the care instructions. Overall, a solid purchase.
Bundle deal was worth it
I was looking to upgrade my old towels without spending a fortune. The Bath Bundle caught my eye since it offered a good discount compared to buying everything separately. I got the Supima Waffle Bath Towel, Hand Towel, and Washcloth. The quality for the price felt like a real win. Shipping was free because my order was over $95, which helped keep costs down. Glad I waited for a bundle deal.

I'm in Miami. If I order a bath bundle today, what's the typical shipping time I'm looking at?
Hey, thinking about grabbing a set of these waffle towels. Do they really dry super fast like they say, or is that just marketing hype?
